My coaching approach is built on three core principles: Information, Understanding, and Application. I believe that progress comes from combining clear technical knowledge, deep comprehension, and purposeful practice- connecting the tunnel and the sky into one seamless learning experience.
I focus on delivering structured technical data supported by visual aids like video analysis, slow-motion reviews, and 3D flight modeling. By breaking down each movement into simple components, I make complex flying concepts easy to understand and apply.
Information is only powerful when you know how it fits together. I help flyers create a mental map of flying, showing how every drill, body position, and transition in the tunnel directly translates to freefall scenarios in the sky. This connection builds confidence and adaptability in every environment.
With more than 15,000 jumps, Adrian has built his expertise across freeflying, tunnel coaching, and camera flying, while also bringing a professional background in videography. His creative eye and formal training give him a unique ability to capture not just the technical precision of flying, but also the emotion and story behind each jump.
One of his most meaningful moments was sharing the sky on a tandem with his mother- a reminder of how flying can connect people on the deepest level.
What keeps Adrian committed to the sport is the drive to constantly improve and evolve as a flyer, while sharing his experience to help students achieve their own goals. He values the opportunity to offer perspective, guidance, and creativity both in the air and on the ground.
For Adrian, being part of Fluid Dynamics is being part of a family built on support and shared goals. It means pushing each other forward, holding each other accountable, and striving together toward growth- for themselves, for their students, and for the sport.
